I'm a guy and have a female coworker ("Andrea") who's always been one of the people I get along with the most at my job. Every once in a while we would go grab a drink after work with another coworker who were also friends and just talk crap. It's good to note that we were never very close and never shared any secrets or things like that. It's been a platonic friendship, especially since Andrea has a had a serious relationship with her boyfriend who she lives it.

Towards the end of December Andrea ended up breaking up with her boyfriend because he cheated on her. Andrea was living at his place and isn't from the town we live in so she didn't have a place to go. I offered her my place to crash for a few days to which she agreed to.

She began opening up to me and telling me several things about herself (relationship venting, personal issues, preference in men, etc..). I could tell there was a little bit of tension but preferred to keep things platonic as she had just broken up with her boyfriend and wasn't in a good mental state. I was actually very concerned because whenever we would talk she would make indirect comments along the lines of "I just want to make this pain stop...", "I really don't think I can go on anymore...". I mentioned to her about getting a therapist to which she agreed as well telling her to please call me at anytime if she felt like doing something stupid. I even comforted her by telling her that I myself have dealt with mental health issues so that she wouldn't feel weird about telling me all these things (according to another friend - big mistake).

It was her birthday not too long ago and she ended up insisting on wanting to go out with me instead of a guy that she had previously hooked up with a few days ago (during the time she was staying at my place) despite me saying it was cool. We went out to a bar to watch a basketball game and got pretty drunk. Great time but nothing happened at the bar. She cried a lot to me outside the bar about her ex and how she's still hurting. I comforted her and just talked for a bit. Once she calmed down we drove back to my place and she just took her shirt off. I tried pretending like it was normal to try to defuse the situation but the alcohol got the better of me and we ended up hooking up.

Everything was normal the next day and we just talked for a few hours. It was her last day staying with me as she was going to crash with another friend for a few days. When we said goodbye she told me she couldn't put into words how grateful she was for what I did for her over the past few days because she was emotionally exhausted but that she appreciate it. We hugged and off she went.

Ever since then at work she acts very distant towards me and I can't get why. I'll try to talk to her and she'll literally text on her phone in front me while I'm talking saying "I'm listening". I ended up asking her to go grab a drink with me yesterday and she said yes. 15 mins before we were supposed to meet at the bar she texted me that she was still 45 mins away. I had gotten out of work early so I was already at the bar and said that I was already there. She never replied. Even today no text saying sorry for bailing.

I'm totally cool with her not wanting to hook up with me. What drives me insane is I went out of my way to help her out in a time of need and she's just being straight disrespectful. I mentioned this to my friend and asked if I should bring it up to her and he said I should just act like nothing happened but if she mentions it then I can nonchalantly say "all good just let me know earlier next time if you're not gonna show".

What's the best way to go about this? Take my friend's advice or actually try to talk to her and let her know that her behavior over the past week has been hurtful?

TL:DR= Female coworker breaks up with boyfriend she lives it. Has nowhere to go. Let her stay at my place for a few days. Become closer as friends. End up hooking up on her birthday. She's been distant ever since and gives me attitude. Asked her out for a drink and she said yes. Texted me a few mins before that she was still 45 mins away. Told her I was already at bar. She never replied. Should I mention anything to her or just forget everything and move on?
