For the right man a woman can forgive anything. Clearly that guy meant something to her that she let cheating slide. Switch places, say a woman cheated and the man forgave her, what does that say about the simp? It means he's so BP in behavior that he was okay with getting cucked. Would any woman actually respect him deep down? Would his friends deep down respect him? Hell his own kids deep down will laugh at this loser.

Now the exact opposite is true for a woman who's man has cheated, just in a different way, it means clearly the guy is alpha enough, may not be your stereotypical chad but he has awakened the girls emotions on a level that him cheating felt more better and less hurtful than him leaving. In a sense she is a loser, but not in the same way as the man who got cheated on and forgave his woman.

It also means that for that broad there was already a guy in her life that took that spot in her, even for just a while where her hamster valued her feelings over everything. That she would do anything for that guy and more. Those feels are forever associated with that guy. Make no mistake there are women who walk away too when they learn about infidelity. It's definitely a show of character.

She probably still looks up to him deep down as he was the only one to invoke the feelings with her and has some sort of attachment issue to him (and in general). High chances are the girl is mentally damaged for good and in my books not relationship worthy.
