Matched tinder girl. Sent around 525 texts over two weeks talking about inconsequential bullshit because I didn't have the time to meet up yet. Fast forward to this past Friday night.

I met this girl at her university library, its about 30 minutes from my place. We walk around the university, have some deep talks about religion vs evolution (she 'hates small talk').

Abruptly, I stop the conversation, stand up and put on my jacket. Tell her, "Get up, we're going to my car now. We're going for a drive.".

We get some donuts through a Tim Horton's drive through and then I drive onto a golf course (lol its 11pm so no one would see) and we listen to music and shit. Around 12:15am, she gets a text from her mother (still lives at home) telling her she should think about coming home.

So, I pull her in to kiss her, and shit just gets really fuckin' weird. Up until this point, the date was going great.

She grabs me by the shirt, pulling me into her really hard. Her nose is pressed into my cheek and it's awkward as fuck, but whatever. I pull back and say, "I'm just re-positioning".

Go back in, and she opens her mouth up (I'm thinking it's early for tongue, we've only been kissing for like 5 seconds but hey the girl wants what she wants) so I start to give tongue and she just pulls back, eyes all wide. So I say, laughing, "What's wrong with you? Are you okay?" and she's saying sorry, looking down at her legs.

I ask her, "Is everything okay? Do you even want to kiss?" and she's like... "Oh, it's just that you're the first guy I've kissed since my ex, and we were together for 2 years..."

So I'm like, fuck it, whatever. Drive her home, I keep talking like it wasn't awkward at all. Drop her off.

Then... then, I fucked up. The next day around noon I sent her this really needy text to the effect of, "If you need more time, I get it, but I like you and I want to see you again". She never replied, so this morning I texted her asking her if she had seen a show that I figured she'd like. Didn't reply, five hours later I just text, "Replies are cool or whatever."

No reply. She has historically ALWAYS texted me back within minutes. So, AskTRP, what the FUCK did I do wrong?
