First it’s not her respect that’s the issue. It’s your self respect. Arguments are normal. You just have to be discerning when, where and how you conduct yourself.

For example I come from a culture where Domestic Violence is still acceptable. That said in my LTR of 6+ years the number times I’ve lost my cool, or just screamed or at my current is 0. The amount of times I’ve felt that way? Triple digits.

That’s because every time my current wants to fight; the first thing I respond with is ”I’m not fighting with you.” I’ll listen to her point and if valid; considering it. If not; ignore it. If she tries to escalate it, or is emotionally escalated; I’ll simply ignore her.

I consciously choose instead to hit the heavy the heavy bag or run a mile. As opposed to throwing my partner through the wall. It’s not easy. Especially when you’ve been conditioned since childhood to accept violence as a norm. Same goes for sadness. Depression. Misery.

There are numerous beneficial alternatives to being emotional open with your partner. Training. Personally Running and Boxing’s great. Journaling. Getting pissed with the boys. Poetry. A great method in still mastering is simply mastering Breathing. Keep trying and honing different processes until you’ve mastered several that work.

Don’t argue ever. You need to tell them what to do, and if it is not done you need to move on to the next.

Yelling or fighting, is a beta move, you are not in this shit to improve her, you don’t have the time to waste on her stupid shit.

Screaming will never bring anything into any relationship. It's a display of weakness, lack of control over emotions, and it's a form of abuse. But sometimes giving a loud, firm statement is a good way to put someone in their place, or make them listen.

Yes you look mentally and emotionally weak. You withdraw attention to punish bad behavior. Show her repercussions instead of yelling them at her.

Depends on why you're yelling and how. The opposite applies when I do it. If you yell with logic and reason, women be scared and fall in line, especially if you fuck them well and they respect you. You command her to do something instead of arguing or whining it is different than blindly yelling.

It is all about power. You cannot do this with someone your "equal" but with those under you in status, typically they fall in line.

AMS dealt with some of the bitchiest and flakiest women and I agree with him for the most part. American women are more likely to not fall for that shit because of how cucked society is towards women. Now if you're a powerful influential politician, well connected, multimillionaire or billionaire (and she isnt) or authority figure with substance not just a title, women will know their place. American women are kinda delusional.

Women always say I'm yelling when my voice is just being loud and deep. It's not even intentional, they just get intimidated because that means I'm dominating the convo with my voice alone. I think it's a good thing. Also a girl could say that as deflection tactics. I won't even acknowledge it. If u have something to say, then say it. Imo, shouting/screaming is smth else

Everyone expresses their emotions differently. Some people are simply more passionate then other people. Personally, I would try to focus more on what is making you upset and also were is your partner coming from. Remember, anger is a secondary emotion, meaning anger stems from hurt or fear. So when you feel yourself getting angry try to ask yourself am I hurt or scared? and then figure out why you are feeling that way and communicate that with your partner. Sorry I hope this didn't sound too therapisty.
