Hey guys, longtime lurker here.
So recently I've been picking up meditation as a hobby, and as a result I have started to become rather stoic.
Beforehand I used to be the funny guy, who'd always crack a joke, and made the whole crew laugh, but now I am way more collected and calm.
I noticed that now more people in my friendcircle are trying to gain my approval, and funnily enough, more girls seem to be attracted to me and my poker face, but today a female acquaintance from my social circle described my look as “a sad robot“.
I am still laughing at jokes and so forth, but my general attitude is now way calmer.
So I was wondering, whether I should actually put on a fake smile from time to time, or continue on being rather emotionless as my modus operandi.
Would be great, if I could get some tips from people who have been practicing meditation for quite some time by now.
