Hi bois,i dont make these 2 category,because you can be high energy,and fun,and no woman sexualy desire you,because you are not manly,such as an energetic child.

the difference between being perceive clowning and being a man perceive as masculine with a sense of humor,is that you will be perceive as a clown,if your tons of voices are way to acute,if there is a disparity between your innapropriate high lvl of exitation,and the situation,or what you are talking about,or the real degree of funnyness that might be lower,you sound like a woman trying to exite a man she enjoy,you can be perceive like a person that can not handle silences therefore you are overexpressing yourself with humor as you dont feel enough quietude.a high energy masculine man,you dont get bother by silences,you still have some dept in your voice even when you make jokes,and get exited by the jokes,you will have more acutness in your tons as you are getting exited,you will still keep some dept,you dont care about whetever your joke made people laught or not,you know it was a relevant humor perspective or a relevant perspective overall because you are not a dummy,if people are depress and dont have enough energy to receive it,thats on them,they need to eat more fruits,you know that eyes lookings,and your voice and posture is as important as the content of your speech.the degree of conviction,confidence,how unwavering you are will be such that peoples perceive your power before you even talk,eyeslookings,posture,the way you walk,it can reach a point where people feel you energetically,and in this context there is no questions to ask yourself,you will intuitively tend to an ideal way of expresssing your self,and peoples will appreciate your expression way more just because you have high energy+masculinity.its not something that can be force or fake,you gotta reach this state,highest degree of energy goes with certains perfectly ripe fruits,fresh coconut water still in the coconut,drinking blood from very healthy animals,milk for some,and the highest degree of masculinity come eating enough red meat(grass fed grass finished ideally)muscles meat,kidneys very potent if it taste good,liver(it can make you feel asexual in to high dose)and acessory fat
