Too much text here. She’s not really your gf. She’s manipulative, attention seeking, and desperate. She clearly doesn’t value you at all. You’ve solidified her judgment of you as not being worthy of respect by bothering her for updates. She never loved you. Anyone that even loved you a little bit at one point would never treat you this way.

Guys run game to get laid, girls run game to get commitment. You were played. Take some time to heal, fuck some other girls if/when you feel the need to, and you’ll be okay. Believe me, she’s long gotten over you based on what you’ve told us here.

BTW the person who texted you is someone she was fucking regularly. A random hookup wouldn’t know who you are, as you said yourself. She was fucking this guy for a while, then they had an argument, and he texted you for revenge. In time, you’ll be able to figure all of this out for yourself.
