Outside of nofap and monk mode none. I mostly used asktrp as a side liner and laughed at all the dumb shit people would post.. “is going to the movies alpha” and the retards in the comments always trying to appear alpha or strong frame reeks insecurity, hence why I stopped using Reddit in general for almost 3 years
