Stuff you list is just a physical reality. We can't really do anything about it.

What's the alternative?
Cold approach is the BEST way to meet women for any guy that's even remotely close to average.
What else is there? Hope to score a jackpot on Tinder after 1000s of swipes and paying multiple boosts? Following random girls on Instagram with your couple hundred followers trying to score a jackpot? Waiting for months/years to meet a girl through social circle that you like, is single, likes you back and you click with (assuming you even have a social circle with some girls in it)?

Some guys do better by making friends first (social circle) or meeting women through work than cold approach.

True. Developing a social circle is a great step before cold approaching in order to develop social skills. But I would say I have above average social circle and in the last year I met maybe a handful of eligible women, while there were thousands of girls around me in clubs or in the streets.
Also, meeting women through work should in general be avoided. I assume we all understand why. It is usually go-to for people because they lack better ways of meeting women.

Most of these are actually decent points to recognize, and should be a bit freeing. Not sure what what there is to hate about most of them.
