At work, me and this girl do different duties but often cross paths.
I'm probably fucking up, but sometimes she's walking towards me, or we see eachother, and I don't know if I should just stare directly (I get worried that's creepy or needy) at her, or shift my focus elsewhere, (I always do this and then feel like i gave up).
Should I just stare at her in the eyes and smile as she or myself walk past eachother?

Walk confident, chest out, shoulders wide, chin up. Your face should be relaxed. Look at her gently and give her a gentle smile(with no teeth and not a full smile), practice in front the mirror, if you see your smile and look creepy, she will see that to. If she smiles back next time talk to her.

The thing is, at work, we have specific duties with specific posts, so that doesn't necessarily apply to this situation.
But I have spoken to her a few times, and set up a potential date with her.

These are actually SOLID fundamentals that everyone should learn. I’ve been doing game for a couple of months and I’m still working on these.

Always listen and give her your full attention. Speak wisely and always be positive. Don't complain to her. Make her feel that you are the man. Stand straight, chin up, shoulders wide, chest out and use your hands when you talk. Your hair and beard always have to be groomed. Always wear your best(even in the gym). Have a hobby that you really like and always tall about your hobby passionately (ex: i like to cook, i talk about it passionately, i say " i like cooking a lot, especially meat and fish, in the weekend i put some music, i put a glass of wine/whiskey and just cook to forget everything, stress free! You can join me this weekend if you like".
