Today, I want to talk about the two types of confidence - and how when you combine them, you can get a a massive boost in your confidence and your results with women can skyrocket.

Type #1: Situational Confidence

The first type of confidence is situational confidence. This is the confidence that comes from experience in a specific situation.

For example, if you're a programmer and you’ve been coding for years, you're going to feel extremely confident when working on a new project. But if you go skiing for the first time? Yeah, not so much. Same person, different context, different levels of confidence.

Now, when it comes to talking to women, that's just yet another "situation". The more you put yourself in situations with women - flirting, leading conversations, handling rejections - the more natural it becomes and the more confidence you have in this specific context.

That’s why some guys, even if they don’t have much else going for them in life, can seem ridiculously confident around women. It’s not magic - it’s just a situation they’ve put themselves in so many times that it feels second nature.

And that alone can make a guy stand out from 90% of men. But if you want to take confidence to an even higher level, we need to talk about the second type of confidence.

Type #2: Core Confidence

Core confidence is different. It’s not tied to a specific situation. It’s the kind of confidence you carry with you everywhere, no matter what.

And where does this come from? From repeatedly putting yourself in uncomfortable situations and coming out on the other side.

When you go through real challenges, deal with setbacks, or push yourself beyond your comfort zone - you start to build an unshakable trust in yourself. You begin to believe that no matter what happens, you’ll figure it out.

That’s the key. Situational confidence is great, but core confidence is what allows you to handle any situation, even when you don’t have experience in it.

How You Develop Both Types of Confidence

This is why I love this journey of meeting women in real life - it forces you to develop both types of confidence.

  • You build situational confidence by approaching women, starting conversations, and getting used to social interactions.
  • You build core confidence by facing rejection, dealing with setbacks, having the resilience to push through tough times and knowing that what you are doing most other men did not dare to do.

Walking up to a woman you don't know, putting yourself out there, and then getting rejected before coming back and doing it all over again? That requires serious self-belief. And every time you push through those tough stretches, your core confidence gets stronger.

So, if you’re serious about building true confidence - the kind that attracts women and makes you stand out - you have to put yourself in the fire. Get out there. Talk to girls. Get rejected. Learn from it and get better. And never stop.

That’s how you develop situational confidence AND core confidence - and once you have both, you’ll be in a league of your own.
