I don't think I really need to mention that using fictitious scenarios doesn't merit statistics for a positive result. By those standards I can show you your scenario with the responses changed and it is just as believable. See example below-

“Hi.”

“Hello.”

“The way you walk in that blue dress, you seem like a yoga guru, or a CEO of a mega-corporation.”

“Prerequisites to be a yoga guru or a CEO are not walking or wearing blue dresses so... no.”

“Your chin is up, your posture is excellent.”

“Jesus... are you going to examine my teeth next. That's fucking weird.”

“Have you meditated with the monks in Tibet?”

“No.”

“Let's go on a date. But don’t screw it up. I don’t want to fight over whether we have curry beef or quinoa salad for lunch. And I get the left side of the bed…always!

“Get away from me. And no one eats curry before fucking.”

“We will see.”

"No. We wont."

See how easily that interaction doesn't work at all?

I agree with Austonmatthews345. Act like a potato. It will most likely get you farther than the advice in this article.
