Hate and envy has been around since the first intelligent human being. Just nowadays it has become more visible since every one can target millions of people online. The real question is, why do you care? Surround yourself with people who accept and like you. Get rid of the bad guys in your social circle, and stop giving a fuck about the few strangers that hate you, or envy you. Their opinions don't matter for you.

Hey my friend, I see you’re dealing with perhaps some issues with self-worth and it’s good that you’ve decided to reach out one way or another. I don’t think I need to tell you having this mindset is unhealthy as in the long run you’re making yourself miserable.
Where Self-Worth comes from: Understand that self-worth comes from two things, the first of which is actually living well (you take care of yourself, am working towards a career, have a social life and good interests). Basically, having an all-rounder lifestyle and having a great baseline is a good start to having this sense of self-worth and confidence.
But Mr. fcukymleif, a lot of people already have great baselines and yet they still feel like they’re complete trash. In which case I’d say that the second component of self-worth is more crucial than the first and that is a healthy mindset.
So what’s the problem then? The problem here is that people are always wanting more and when they finally reach where they want to be, they continue reaching upwards. Think of it as a treadmill but the speed increases so you can never get to the control panel and stop this unhealthy chase for more.
The first step is getting off the treadmill. The second is realising that whilst you should strive for the best in everything you do, that being average and mediocre is perfectly acceptable. A few of us rarely get to be exceptional in even one aspect of our lives. If you live every day with the mindset that being mediocre is absolute trash then you’re regarding more than half of earth’s population as a waste of space and that’s just not a good way to think of things.
A more simple understanding To put it in simpler terms, instead of constantly aching for better, craving for more, overcome the tyranny of exceptionalism that exists in our culture and learn to appreciate the smaller, simpler things in life.
Stop going onto a treadmill that has no end to it. Instead, realise that you can be perfectly happy with where you are and strive to be better at the same time.
Right now you’re thinking “I’m bad and I need to get better and oh gosh I hate myself”
When really you should be thinking “I’m happy with where I am but I could definitely be better.” Of course, acknowledge negative emotions because suffering is essential for growth and move on knowing that where you are is good, you can just do much better. All the best my friend.
