Uh, if you're not willing to get more interesting (due to x reason), the only other option is to date women who find "boring" attractive.

What are your hobbies?
That's always a good starting off point. Get involved with something you enjoy outside of work.
For example, I enjoy hiking and photography. I usually bring my camera everywhere with me and especially on weekends, I use at as an excuse to go to new places and take pictures. Honing my skills.
And hiking, I don't have many friends that hike so I joined a meetup group. They have hikes every week and usually to places I haven't been before. I'm hitting 3 birds with one stone here - I get to do something I like, I get to meet new (interesting) people, and I get to take pictures.

Just assume they are things that are not very relatable to women. Like video games, cars for example.

They don't care about the topics of your hobbies, just how interested you are in it and the general feeling you give to them. I'm super jazzed about being a hobbyist pilot for experimental aircraft, girls won't even fly in the plane with me but they love that I love it. They couldn't care less WHAT it is, they just care how you show it.

Alright I guess I'll take your word for it and run with it for now.
