What if you're not looking to just get laid? You're looking to catch a girlfriend. I went out with a girl last night and was chatting to a female friend about 'the first kiss'. I never really think that much about the first kiss. To me it's just a step in escalation. Touch > Touch more > Kiss > Busy hands > shag.

My friend started talking about how important the first kiss is to a girl. It's made me think that if I'm looking to give the girl some fireworks long term, then creating a bit of tension on that 'first kiss' is really important. Wait until the kiss is nearly there... then pull back. Push > pull game for a bit right about the time the first kiss should come.

Anyway, this maybe damn obvious to a lot of you, but it was very useful to me.
