I have seen this word pop up repeatedly all over the posts I've read here (this is a 'throwaway' account), but I have a very hard time understanding how this is communicated effectively. Am I to correctly assume it has more to do with how its being said than what is being said (though granted, saying certain things tend to work better than others)?
