I have used this technique several times now and it always works for me. Basically, it's a way for me to get the girl to do kino with me, and it's awesome. So, to do this you must be standing around with a group of people. Whenever she says something that you can act like you're offended, do it. And say something like, "now I'm gonna keep talking only to those I like" and then go to where she is and put your arm around the two people next to her, like blocking her.

If she has given you IOIs before, she will either hug you or tickle you or something similar. This is great, you tease her and she is the one escalating physical contact. And, if you were not next to her, now you are. It's a win-win. This may not work every time, but so far it hasn't failed me.
