About to attend a 1 on 1 pua coaching session, how can I maximize my learnings?

Go there having got some approaches under your belt so you'll know what its like. Otherwise much presious time will be spent on things you could have discovered yourself.

Try to tap into, and ask about the mental position he would come from in different situations, not just what he recommends saying and doing.

Read tons of heartiste, have a shot or two beforehand and record audio

I would be clear with the coach what YOU want to get out of the session. Do you want to curb your approach anxiety? Tell him. He will make you approach girls. Do you want to work on transitioning? Ask your coach for some openers and transitions and go to work!

Whilst its nice having some openers and the like under your belt, your coach will have loads. Dont be afraid to ask him!

Also, definitely ask him to do some approaches and wing him once or twice. Dont make a habit of it though. Just use it to see how he works. You want the focus to be on your experiences and your improvement.
