I'm posting here in the hope that you guys kick my ass on this.

I've been in and out of pickup for a couple years, whenever I've been most immersed, I've been top of my game in every area of life, wondering if you have felt the same?

But lately I've had the realisation I must get back on the horse and push my boundaries.

Any advice for kick starting things and getting back into the game, particularly solo?
