Recently I saw a request for advanced techniques.

So here’s a classic: The Matchmaker

(and no, this has nothing to do with you hiring a matchmaker to set you up with women)

(beginners - this is not a technique I would try, or even think about at this point)

The Matchmaker works as follows. First, you create a party that revolves around yourself. You become the life of that party. You chat with everyone nearby, and pull them into your party. Eventually the party reaches a critical mass. At that point, YOU, start playing the matchmaker. The people you’ve just met, you literally start introducing and “setting them up,” with each other.

Note that The Matchmaker can be done solo, with wings, or in mixed guy/girl groups. Doesn’t matter.

What does the matchmaker accomplish? The first thing is that it advances your status within the group. You were already the party leader. Now you suddenly transform into a position of even more authority as you literally take girls (you barely know) and walk them over to guys they’ve never met (guys who you also barely know, unless they’re wingmen, obviously).

Why does this advance your status? Because.....who does that? What kind of guy acts totally disinterested in a hot girl for himself, and instead wants to set her up with his friend? I’ll tell you who. A guy who gets so much pussy that he could give Shit 1 about little Miss Priss who he’s currently leading toward some other dude.

And here’s the money question. Who does that make little Miss Priss really attracted to? The Matchmaker who doesn’t give a damn, or the other guy?

You guessed it. And that’s because, as you may have seen in my article about College Pickup, girls want in-demand guys. In this case, it’s the Matchmaker who appears to be in demand because:

  1. The Matchmaker is talking to ALL THE GIRLS (and the other girls see this).
  2. He just did a push/pull on every girl. He pulled the girls in by opening them, returning to them later to flirt, and now is suddenly pushing them away onto another guy.
  3. He is touching all the girls (as he leads them around by the hand, touches their upper arms/shoulders/waist when introducing them, etc).

The guys being set up aren’t doing any of that.

Meanwhile (here’s the funniest part), all the guys you’re “setting up,” they think (and unconsciously act like) you’re a God. Because here you are walking hot girls over and (in some cases) sitting those hot girls down on their laps.

(Secret tip: when other guys unconsciously act like you’re even more of an Alpha male then them, girls sense that, which makes them want you even more. Booyah!)

So quick summary of where we’re at. The matchmaker has: opened, flirted with, pulled, pushed, touched, and acted indifferent towards all the girls in the party. All the other girls have seen this going on. And all the dudes are looking at the matchmaker as a higher status male.

You realize this is about to get on like Donkey Schlong don’t you?

So what happens now? Well generally a lot of the guys who you “set up” screw up their game. When this happens, they often quickly find you to ask for advice on the situation. “What did I do wrong? She and I were totally vibing.”

Yes, you read that correctly. Complete strangers are now looking to you for advice on pickup. And you know who sees this happening? The girls!!! And then, of course, the Matchmaker isn’t really sure what happened.... He’d better go check with the girls, on the other guys behalf. :-)

And when the Matchmaker does go back around, many of those girls will be hair flipping and eyelash fluttering, in the hopes that the alpha matchmaker has decided to pick them for himself. Or at a minimum, that he’ll be willing to give them his phone number, so they can bother the shit out of him later.

And what about the girls who actually like the guy you set them up with? Amazingly, even some of them will subtly find time to chat with you again, and do a little number exchange.

This technique can literally have your phone ringing from all kinds of random numbers for two weeks to follow.

And the cherry on top? The matchmaker easily takes home his pick of the litter.

Final Note: Advanced guys should know how to “create a party around themselves” and execute this. However, for anyone interested in more detail on how to accomplish some of these steps, please post in the comments. If there’s enough interest, I’ll do a follow up post with more detail.
