met this girl at a work event were we did a "team bonding" activity. we talked a bit but naturally everyone exchanged numbers in the end. texted her we should chill, then she responds saying yeah and that she'll let me know when the coworkers meet up again.

not what I had in mind, should've been more direct but wanted to see how some of you would approach this moving forward.
