I don't really know what to call it, but I want to date two women at the same time, who are also into each other, where we all hang out and play together. I'm not looking to have anyone actually fall in love, to be clear. Shooting for this to be ongoing and exclusive, though.

I'm currently talking to a few girls and being upfront with this being what I want(and they're into it) and I have a few girls I'm already friends with that I think would be open to it. I feel pretty confident about everything in general, but I'm sure there's plenty of ways to fuck up with something like this so I'm open to any tips or advice from guys that have done this before.
