So this has happened twice now and I don't know what to make of it:

Basically the same thing happened both times : Date going well. Flirting, laughing, IOIs. conversation came to a lull, eye contact was made and she would not look away. 6-8 seconds of silent eye contact. Both times I felt like I was making it awkward and looked away (yes.. I know. At least it was to the side)

The first time we were across the table from each other. The second time a kiss would have been possible, but it was a 30% full bar and socially it would have been super awkward.

The first date ended with some kissing, but to be honest she wasn't super into it. The second date ended with mutually enthusiastic kissing. Both 7s.
