22m, never approached women before, don't know how to respond to hints and interest beyond telling them what I want. And when I say shy/nervous/anxious etc. I mean outwardly I can seem pretty outgoing at times but inside I am a wreck and don't know how to act.

I work on self improvement in a lot of ways and I don't think I have issues in other areas of life, career, enjoyment and friendships are all going great. I have a feeling I get approached by women frequently they come and talk to me in party settings/clubs and more but I dunno what to do so I probably leave them hanging. Dating and romance eludes me and always has I'm quite a literal person who probably comes across as just a friendly or polite person/gentleman.

TLDR; inexperienced and in a cycle of not knowing how to start dating or romance in general.
