Very simple.
You tell her that you, as a man, can sleep with other girls. She, as a woman, must be sexually exclusive.
If she doesn't like it, she can find a guy who is willing to share her. And then you enforce that boundary, even if it's 'not fair.'
You still need to make her feel special, that she the only one who you X (buy dinner for, let sleep over, whatever).
Women get emotional exclusivity. Men get sexual exclusivity.
