The biggest tip I can give you is. Stop caring so much. Simple as that really, sure they've heard it all. But if she's into you, she will listen to whatever BS you spew. I learned quite recently that what you say doesn't matter. It's how you say it and how sure of yourself you sound. Eye contact is your friend, and lastly, disconnect the filter between your brain and your mouth. Just talk to her like you would any of your friends. If she isn't down and rejects, she was going to reject you anyway.

It’s tough to do. One thing that helped me when I was starting out was to talk to everyone. Strangers on bus, old people at the coffee shop, dude’s waiting for the metro, women at the library, cashiers at the grocery. Everyone I found myself next to, I’d strike up a conversation with. Most people were receptive (especially the older folks), and it improved my conversation and improv skills immensely.
