My initial instinct would be to laugh and agree with her and then follow-up with, " True, I'm a <insert something here> whisperer" .. for me for example.., I love to spank girls.. She is either completely naive or looking for a reaction to see if you are going to act jealous...the default is to not be affected at all.... but if you want to have fun and if you can pull it off... However, for the time being, since you are worried, assuming that you are already sleeping with her, and your friend is loyal to you, let your friend be another one of her girlfriends. At some point, she will bitch about you or whatever is going on in her life to him, and he can relay this back to you.. better than if she were bitching to a stranger and you were out of the loop completely.
