So im giving a girl I like on my rec soccer team who I’m honestly unsure if she likes me back a ride home after tonight’s game cause her usual ride can’t and asked me to do this favour for her tonight and possibly a few weeks from now. For more context you can probably just go through my recent posts as they’re all about the same girl.

I planned on maybe throwing some flirting around on the ride home then near the end I’d be like “I know some people on the team always joke about putting us together (I know they tell her that we’d be good together just like they do to me) but I think your actually pretty cool, let’s grab something to eat this weekend” cause I’m gonna be in her part of town. One of my guy friends said this probably isn’t the way to go and compared it to the idea of gaming on a subway. That she won’t have anywhere to go to avoid the awkwardness and may be forced to give an answer she doesn’t want. Should I listen to him or just go with my plan?
