Hey guys,
Just a looking for some advice on a certain situation that arises and has been bothering me lately. So to be pretty general I experience some anxiety issues, when I speak publicly, and especially in one-on-one conversations with a girl when I'm being vulnerable. I'll blush and look a bit flustered, my eyes kind of water and I get self-conscious about swallowing; it all kind of snowballs into itself.
I know that being vulnerable, open and real with a girl is the ideal way to do things, and I completely want to adopt that "way of seduction." My question is, how should I go about dealing with this anxiety? Should I just be real and whatever ends up happening, anxiety-wise... Happens? Is this something I should just expect to desensitize myself to or is it best to approach through another method?
I've progressed socially over the past couple years and am proud of who I'm becoming (largely thanks to Seddit). These pesky little anxiety attacks are rather recent and are turning into something increasingly bothersome. Any help is much appreciated :)
