Story of my life.

Opening and comfort go well. I get to the point where we've been talking 1v1 for the past 20-30mins and have been making out on and off for the past 5-10. Now what!?!?!?

I usually just ask if they want to come back. Straight up "Do you want to come back?" And I'll get an I don't know and then end up loosing all of the higher value I gained in the earlier stages trying to convince her that it is a good idea. After about another 30mins of struggling with her unwillingness to commit one way or the other, walking out of the bar together, making out outside, etc. I'll usually get a "Not tonight. I can't." I know this is happening because I've transformed from a smooth disinterested guy into a needy low value chump. But I just hit a wall here. Any of you guys have something good to use here? Besides getting a puppy...(I wish I had that to use.)
