Hard to say without knowing your personality and how you speak to your matches. Clearly nothing to do with how you look or you'd have no matches.

A match is a match, the initial interest is there. Best thing to do is not dwell on it and let it happen naturally. Most people I know met their OHs when they weren't expecting it. Just do you and everything else will work itself out.

Same with IRL. I haven't met anyone for four years so looking to boost my chances.
To make it easier to help you please answer the following question:
How many girls have you approached during the last 4 years?
Judging from you telling us you didn't meet anyone, I guess the number is 0. So there you have your problem, you're welcome.

Alright, lets stop beating around the bush, you are not actively approaching girls, am I right? If you really want to make a change you have to put in the hard work. Make yourself a rule that says: "everyday I approach at least <insert number> girls." and then act on it. For instance my work colleauge and I are doing this 5 days a week, where we talk to at least 5 women on the street. I cannot say this is the best approach, but it will take away the fear of talking to strangers, and on top of that I __always__ talk to attractive women I encounter in supermarkets and so on.
The Clue is to be very social, hence talking with everyone, even if it's just smalltalk and doesn't lead to anything.

Ok, how about you sit down and formulate your question with as much detail as you can think of? Otherwise no one will be able to help you, not knowing anything, and giving short answers that are void of any information won't help it either.

It's something I've spoken about before so my apologies.
No worries, it's fine
Usually I write a ton and get no responses.
That is weird, since usually people comment on anything here, be it helpful or not
Without meaning to sound arrogant but judging by previous feedback I tick the right boxes.
Keep that in mind for a sec
Unfortunately nothing clicks. I thought I was just ugly. shrug
And this here... Can it be that you are just insecure? No offense, it happens to a lot of people, and looking your best doesn't , mean you are immune to insecurity. If that was the case, you might have your answer already, since being social, charming, well spoken, humorous and good looking are absolutely big turn on's for women (looks though are just a bonus) but then displaying insecurity kills all that in a heartbeat.
How are you interacting with girls? Are you relaxed, know how to tease them, do you escalate when you are attracted, how are the girls behaving? How well are you with reading body language clues?

In general you should keep in mind that not every woman will want you. But I also sense that there must be something wrong in the way you approach women in general, do you know how to flirt? Do you know how to read body language? Those things are obviously very important, since flirting is the entry to attraction, and being able to read body language is key to assess her level of attraction, and it's giving you the capability to control the interaction more efficiently.
When it comes to online dating, I can only say that it is a waste of time for the most part. It is full of bots, entitled women, either ugly or attractive, and the worst part is: Every guy... literally every guy no matter how shy feels so uninhibited that they immediately send the most stupid shit to women, basically drowning her in compliments, marriage proposals, dick picks, "wanna fuck?" messages etc. This goes to the extent that a lot of women (probably 99%) become extremely picky.
I remember an ex fuckbuddy who was really really promiscuous, she showed me her inbox... I kid you not, she got about 200 messages every day. She told me she didn't even want to weed through those messages, because the majority consisted of "hi" and "wanna bang?". You see the irony there... she wanted to fuck, and she wasn't particularly picky in the sense that she only went for supermodel type guys, but still she didn't want to put in the effort to find a guy that was at least decent, and not totally passive.
If you do match with a girl, and you say your flirting attempts are being immediately blocked, then you probably don't know what flirting is. Just out of curiosity, what would you say to a girl? I hope it's not "you are beautiful" or some cheesy weak stuff...

No. 2 is by far my favourite picture. 5 and 6 are good too. Don't like the 1st.
