You need to stop looking at it like it's a hindrance. I'm an introvert but I see it as a strength. I'm quieter, but when I say something it carries more weight so you can be funnier by saying something outrageous out of the blue. Girls naturally want to talk more on dates anyway, I let them talk about themselves being a good listener but making them laugh.
I admit it makes it more difficult to go out and try and attract strangers, but when you're one on one on a date already it can be a strength.

Introverts are good at one on one and it just so happens interactions with women are for the most part one on one
Also atleast 50% of the women you meet will be introverted
I will say infj is not exactly suited to this line of work, they're naturally submissive. Maybe you can create some romantic style that appeals to other idealistic types and dominant woman
