Work on being more alpha and read the sidebar if you haven't already. Just be more direct and not afraid to make a move. Don't hide your intentions and be more flirty. Use more kino and don't be afraid to add sexuality to a conversation. You are pretty vague so that's basically all I got unless you have more information.

Either you're being friendzoned or girls find you intimidating. You know that thing when you see a hot girl, but you shut down just because they're too fucking hot? well, the same thing happens with women. They feel as though they could not possibly keep up with you, because you are so good looking. In closing, my advice would be to upgrade until they are not intimidated by you. Usually, the 9's and the 10's aren't scared of your caliber of man. Then again, you are being very vague about this, so I would need more info for a better answer.
