This one's always been a tricky question for me. On the one hand, the gym is a great place to meet women - lots of attractive women there, people generally feeling more confident about themselves while working out, the overall positive atmosphere of self-improvement, etc.

But on the other hand, people are at the gym to work, and to focus on their work, and I feel like I ought to respect that (I often don't want to be bothered by other people myself).

What do you do when you're at the gym and you see a cute girl? Just interrupt and approach her right away? Wait til her workout is over? (I've tried, but then you have to 'monitor' this person to see when they're getting ready to leave, and that feels weird to me).
