Honestly I’d just approach with literally what you said in your post. Ask her if she’s new because you don’t recognise her. Tell her she looks too interesting to be working there, something playful.

Asides from that I’d just say don’t shit where you eat.. with a ballsy direct approach about how hot she is that if it doesn’t come off you’ll feel weird with each other.
