Not many people are understanding your question clearly.

When you work at a bar, girls will approach you at a constant, its awesome because you have a legit time constraint so its easy to push and pull, you won't even need to game your coworkers just get friendly with them and you will essentially be in, tease them at work sure, but the after parties / staff functions is where you can game them when you aren't at work, they will just give you social proof while working at the bar.

This is def the easiest job to pickup chicks so take advantage while you can!

My advice: don't shit where you eat. Save the approaches for when you are off the clock. When you are at work you're getting paid to serve the business not your own interests. You don't have time for conversations because you are supposed to be keeping the bartenders stocked. Now, if some girls approach you then...give them good customer support, of course. But your focus should be on the job and just be natural. Worry about the approaches when you are not working.

A friend of mine worked for a important tech company and got involved with a coworker... she was nice and a really good girl but at the end it didnt work out...

There are places I refuse to game. Work would be one of them for sure, or a bar you frequent all the time. I like gaming at places I could give two shits if they banned me for gaming.

Don't shit where you eat. You won't be at your 100%, because you're afraid of losing your job. You won't take the risks necessary and be aggressive enough to close.
