I’m currently experiencing more groups right now and naturally a lot of them have women.

When is it appropriate to ask for their Snapchat, number or whatever?

Like for example, I met these girls at a campus group event and they seemed receptive and energetic. However one of them is the president of the group. I’d love to ask for her number or something but I’m still new to the group and I don’t wanna be that one guy who goes around asking girls for their socials.

Or when you meet someone at an event. For some reason I feel like it’s odd to get their socials then ask them out/hangout shortly after and makes things awkward when you see them again.
