Now i do not approach girls but i have come across several occasions where girls have approached me or are just plain hovering around me and way too many double takes/leering at the gym by the girls.

What the hell do i say? i feel like these are missed opportunities.

For example, Once I had a girl come upto me in an empty gym and asked to use the same machines i was using on two separate occasions. I did not think anything of it at first but literally there were 4 other Lat machines she could have used beside me. Than proceeds to hover around my vicinity while i do my other workouts constantly leering at me. She proceeds to leave my area because i did not give her my attention as soon as she leaves right after another dude approaches her only for her to literally straight up walk up to me 5 mins later from down the isle and again ask me to use my cable machine when the exact same one was beside me.

another time, while in the yoga room a girl comes in and decides to set up right beside me even though the place was completely empty and proceeds to do squats in field of view.

These girls are regulars at the gym and i constantly catch them checking me out. What do I say next time? I smile when i catch them but thats about it.
