Get a wingman. I'd say do it solo if you had enough experience or confidence to do so, but (and no offense here) you wouldn't be asking us if you had either. So find a decent buddy that can roll with y'all. Make sure he knows not to talk to girl x, but girl y is all for him.

If you do it solo you could check the conditions for a threesome by asking them what they like more, boys or girls. Just go and try it! You have nothing to loose and you'll gain experience.

Take them to a nice bar and then take them to your place.

If you're sitting on the couch with the two girls make sure all of you are relaxed. Now you can just start kissing each other. The three-way kiss can be a good icebreaker. Then say: 'Why don't we go into the bedroom and play?

Always keep your mouth busy.

Think what you can do to create pleasure for each other throughout all positions.

Take turns.

Why don't you just go in alone so you can have the two for yourself? Do you really want to bring along another guy? This is a once in a life time opportunity. DO IT ALONE.

If you don't have a good wingman, do it alone. The fact that she invited her friend, may be a sign your friend zoned. She can't give you a few hours alone? Nah, test the waters a bit. If you are, then stay positive. Now you have two wingwomen
