I am barely 4 months out of a 4 year relationship. I know I have "baggage" because I'm not over my last relationship. Tinder is... more frustrating than fulfilling. I prefer to be honest and be upfront about how recent I am out of a relationship which is basically telling the other person I have baggage. I have no problem being honest to the point where it's hindering my chances with someone, I figure this is how I can weed out the people who don't fit. But I guess lately I've felt like I don't fit.

How have you gotten past your baggage and moved on mentally? What steps have you taken to meet others? Is it a bad idea to seek a relationship from places I frequently visit (climbing gym) or is this equal to shitting where you eat? Suggestions would be appreciated, thank you
