Firstly, spare me the don't shit where you eat' typical response, for 2 reasons. 1/ this is hypothetical. 2/I'm talking about non corporate jobs

Basically, i've realised that about 99% of guys I know , bang/date/marry girls that they work with. Never strangers

Now, personally, i've only EVER banged girls from cold approach in bars, and nearly all of my work has been in warehouses loading lorries with other men, so other than a few short term temping jobs, I haven't had the opportunity to work with pretty girls

As a result, it feels alien to me, and i'm super curious and confused as to how hookups in that situation tend to happen (i'm always reading about the super hot teenage servers hooking up with their managers or just other staff members)

I feel as though I have some sort of general 'model' for cold approach, but I feel lost when imagining myself gaming a co-worker.

e.g - You couldn't exactly go direct as soon as you met her like a street cold approach as it'd look super strange, thirsty, and extra awkward if you got rejected(you weren't her type) in that environment. Imagine your boss introducing you to other staff members on your 1st day, and within a minute you're like ''You're really cute. Kelly, was it? I'd like to take you out some time'' and her being creeped out and telling others etc

But then playing the 'slow game' would be like trying to game a girl with whom you are in the friendzone with, which, we all know, is super hard too!!

I have friends who bang all their colleagues but they tend to be a bit coy when I ask for details. Super vague! 'It just happened' kind of thing. Whereas I want to know things like who made the first move, and HOW exactly!! How did the lead up look. What flirting took place? etc etc lol

Only one friend has given me more details, but from what he said, in every case, it was the girl who came onto him and made it super clear that she liked him (or other wo-workers were like ''Kelly fancies you and thinks you're handsome btw - she wants you to ask her out!). Basically made it super easy for him. I wonder if that is more how it happens in that environment? Girls chase more when it's someone with whom they have lots of 'comfort' through propinquity?

I wonder if others can share detailed anecdotes from their own lives!
