Haha I feel very honored after this post. But FYI, this group is MUCH overrated based on how you described them in this post.

My experience as a straight male in med school is as follows. It's not too difficult to have sex with this group. Also, they tend to be more genuine and nicer compared to the average. They don't look down upon people because they might not have a grad school education nor a lot of money. Most students take out loans so we're poor as well anyway. On average, I'd rate the girls' on average around a "6" on a 1-10 scale. The girls are skinnier than the average population but in a class of 200, I'd say only about 5-7 could be considered "hot". In summary, most girls are in the range of "yeah, I'd do her but I wouldn't show her off".

The biggest drawback for me was the fact that they're all so intense and so goody-goody. They don't know how to relax or do something fun once in a while. It was hard to find a group of friends I got along with really well at least for 2-3 months. Also, maybe this was specific to my school, but there were a LOT of religious people. FYI, I attended a secular med school. I have never met more virgins in my life since I graduated high school than when I attended med school. This maybe due to the fact that I went to a very liberal undergrad or the group of girls I hit on in undergrad weren't the stay at home church-attending virgins.

Nonetheless, if med school girls still interest you or you want to fuck one just for the hell of it, here's a tip. Girls' in med school have this general impression that it's going to be harder for them to get married or find the right guy because they know that many guys become pussy's after they find out the girl's probably smarter than them. So, approach any girl at the bar with confidence and if they tell you that they're in med school, maintain your confidence and don't become a pussy. Go in with the mentality of "med school ain't shit, I could have done that if I wanted to; you're lucky I'm giving up my time to talk to you." Oh and one more thing in your favor, because med students don't have much time to go out anymore, anyone who approaches them with confidence will score more points with a med school girl than with other girls in the initial approach.

Considering I'll be in med school in a few months, this is timely advice. Although you could say the same about any undergrad co-ed from a private college who goes out on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Why limit yourself to med students?

OK, so Med students - independent, intelligent ladies/gents who like to be in control of situations; and due to costs and time involved in studying medicine are usually from wealthy families and therefore quite self-confident. Since the studious and timid amongst them will probably only go out on a Friday after class, this means the ones in the bar on Saturday night will be girls that are fairly open, are self-assured enough to not be overly bothered with the stigmas of society and with whom you can talk about science/body at the very least (i.e. will not be afraid of you for being a bit of a geek, this is not an excuse to geek out on them).

OK this is all just non-sense. Just pure ridiculous here. The rest of the advice; to be confident, look presentable, and have perspective; I will accept.

I'd like to add Nursing majors. They study all the time and when they go out, they go out to party. Wish I only discovered them sooner.

As a med student myself, here are some things I've learned.

First, the best girls (in terms of looks, personality, the type you'd want to date, etc) I know in med school are all in relationships. Most med students are very Type A and are the type of people who like to cross things off lists. Female med students are very good at getting their ducks in a row and, I've found, this often includes a serious relationhip/engagement/marriage.

Second, the single ones always complain of a) not having time to date and b) guys being intimidated by their intelligence.

Third, there are some really cool girls in school but they aren't always the most physically attractive.

If you're trying to hook up with or date a few of them I'd advise you make sure you don't come across as intimidated by their intelligence or work ethic, be understanding of their schedule and otherwise treat them like you'd treat any other girl. You could definitely talk science with them but a lot of them are usually generally well versed in other stuff to make for interesting conversation.

They think being a med student and then a doctor is simultaneously the most difficult and selfless thing a person can do. So neging might be quite effective.
