I agree. There are also some excerpts on youtube too which are useful if you don't want to watch the whole series.

Even in a show that's not about a pickup artist you can learn a lot about body language from watching the cooler guys, usually the love interest dudes who get a lot of closeups. Not the action heroes who are generally uptight with tense body language. Somebody on here called it the "batman walk" lol.

Study their erect posture and (usually) cool way of walking. They hold their head high. Their gaze is level and calm. Strong, unblinking eye contact. They speak relatively little and listen attentively to women. Their jaw is often relaxed to show their lack of tension (lack of fear and aggression) especially when they're strongly vibing with the girl.

They seldom show signs of "game" or else they use some chode writer's socially acceptable, clichéd version of game. But the parts that are under the actor's control are usually very strong.
