Analyze this all you want but a ton of my success can be boiled down to this statement. At first (4 years ago) I had no aspirations, barely any social skills and terrible women skills. Going to the gym was scary for me, let alone talking to a woman.

But in order for my success (with women and with life in general) to have happened, I had to do things which I was uncomfortable doing and power through it anyways. Over time, and I didnt even realize it, I was jumping right into things that I felt unease doing. There has been no greater benefit to my life. From doing this I've started getting my pilot's license, went on an exchange semester to Europe alone, joined several sports teams, started killin it at the bar, expanded my circle of friends, and last but not least I have increased the number and 'hotness' of girls that I hook up with and associate with.

If you sense that you are uncomfortable doing something (within reason lol), then that is how you know you should be doing it.
