I'm a newbie, and when I asked questions like "Are there certain situations you look for a girl to be in when you approach (i.e. Not actively talking to someone else, etc) ?", all i got was answers like "All the time is a good time". Anyone got any tips for situations a girl may be in where it is easier to approach than other situations?
