Everyone’s experienced approach anxiety at some point brother.. when I first started approaching my approach was as simple as 1. What’s your name? (said with a smile) 2. Where you from? (said with a smile) 3. You single? (said with a smile)

It really hasn’t changed much years and years later.. The key regardless of what we’re saying though is our vibe/energy/mood. If you’re in a really good mood, being playful, having fun, and don’t care about the result/outcome of this approach, you’ll do really well. The best teacher for all of us is life experience, so just know like all of us you’ll get better and better over time. One of my least favorite feelings on the planet comes from being mad at myself and asking, “what if I would have approached her?” So I’ve made a commitment to myself to never feel that feeling.
