For volume : rush hour time , anywhere between 4 to 7 pm is legendary if U move to busy metro stations , busy/central streets or anywhere crowded in your city .

so first is rush hour 4-7 PM.

for more luck to have sexual intercourses same day : i've had some success finding women in positive state somewhere between 12-2pm (many of my car sex & car blowjobs from instadates come from this period of time) usually women in the streets/stations/malls at like 12:30 pm don't have anything to do & are down to go sexual with a guy , but women who are commuting to home after a full day of work at like 5pm ? you chances are lower with them .
