It will always be awkward at first if you are not used to touching a women at all. You need to just get out there and get practical experience.

Focus on just class 1 at first, so stick to just practicing touching a girl's arm, wrist, shoulder when you want to emphasize a point. Take it one step at a time.

Dude, it always feels strange. That's what makes it exhilarating for the chick. A touch on the arm is completely harmless and I guarantee you won't feel weird about it, but it's the perfect way to see if she's receptive to your touch. If she leans into your hand on her arm then you know it's safe to touch her hand later and then her waist and then whatever. One step at a time, bro.
