Approach,intent (so she knows why I'm approaching), eye contact with slight smirk(if she holds it that's a good sign), tonality (never use high pitch tone and always let her finish speaking by shutting the hell up,it also builds sexual tension.) next would be kino, try to stand closer to her so that when you escalate it doesn't feel as awkward (since you are already close to her).If she takes a step back she is not into you, if she stands her ground she is.
