Looking at them, breathing, existing in their general vicinity. Besides just going up and initiating the talking, there's not much else you can do besides eye contact and having open and accepting body language. He'll get the memo.

Seriously though ... body language is natural, instinctive behavior. If you're feeling pretty relaxed, happy and "out of your head" (meaning, feeling your body/breathing and not over-thinking about everything that you see) then you can't help throwing out attraction signals.

Whether guys pick up on your signals is another thing. Many guys are "in their heads" and overthinking everything. So they don't see body language signals or they freak out trying to analyze them. Or they're blind drunk.

Most guys are frankly dorks.

What you want to find I suppose is a GUY who's relaxed, feeling his body and not over-thinking obsessively about meeting girls and watching for signals from them.
